Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for Reading, PA. You will manage Exeter Self Storage (12 hours) and Snapbox West Reading (8 hours) on-site, performing inspections, minor repairs, unit turnover, and on-site customer assistance.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent (as stated).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs, sweep, clean and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site when needed.
• Ensure the property looks right and runs smoothly.
• Call leads and delinquent tenants.
