About the Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. Your responsibilities include processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and executing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes
• Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance
• Adhere to all product protection standards
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools as directed by store leadership

What Skills You Have

Required

• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• No retail experience required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

• Experience in retail or service industries

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs with assistance
• Climb, squat, kneel, reach, and perform other physical activities regularly
• Stand/walk for entire shifts
• Visually verify and inspect merchandise
• Follow health and safety standards

Pay Range: $16.75 - $24.20
