About the Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the consistent execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, manage replenishment, and handle omni-channel operations.

What You’ll Do

1. Receive and process products, including unloading truck shipments and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
2. Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
3. Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Execute all product protection standards.
5. Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools, and resources, as directed by store leadership.

Physical Requirements

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull regularly.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Visually verify information and inspect merchandise.
• Follow health and safety standards.
