Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

Job Overview

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. Your responsibilities include processing freight, replenishing stock, and supporting omni-channel fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sales trends and seasonal needs.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Follow all product protection standards.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools as directed by store leadership.

General Associate Responsibilities

• Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive environment.
• Use good judgment and involve appropriate partners in decision-making.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipate needs, and resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Support POS and customer service to ensure quick and positive transactions.
• Meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity and loyalty.
• Manage multiple tasks within set timeframes.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and respond proactively to supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industries.

Additional Information

Pay range: $15.50 - $22.40 per hour.
