About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the efficient execution of store operations, including processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel activities.

Required Availability

Start at 6am.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Adhere to all product protection standards.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.
