Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of store processes. You will handle freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor based on sales trends and seasonal needs
• Engage with customers by greeting and assisting them with products and services
• Adhere to product protection standards
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and store tools
