About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of store functions. Responsibilities include processing freight, replenishing stock, and managing omni-channel operations.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment
• Replenish sales floor stock based on sales trends and seasons
• Engage with customers by greeting and assisting them
• Ensure product protection standards are met
• Participate in training for new hires on standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools
