Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

Join us as a Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning) at Kohl's.

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. You will efficiently handle freight, stock replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment processes.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and managing stockroom operations.
• Replenish sales floor inventory based on sales trends and seasonal needs.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Adhere to product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools as directed by store leadership.

Required Skills

• No retail experience necessary.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or service industries is a plus.

Pay starts at $15.50 per hour.
