About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. You will efficiently handle freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sales trends and seasonal changes.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Follow all product protection standards.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industries.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.65 per hour.
