Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of store activities. Your responsibilities include processing freight, replenishing stock, and supporting omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish sales floor stock based on sales trends and seasonal needs.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Adhere to all product protection standards.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl's standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industries.

Pay starts at: $13.75/hour.
