Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. You will process freight, manage replenishment, and support omni-channel operations.

Requirements

• Early morning start at 6 am

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment
• Replenish sales floor stock based on sell-through and seasonal trends
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services
• Adhere to product protection standards
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.65 per hour. Benefits include PTO, health & wellness programs, retirement plans, insurance options, and life event support.
