Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

About the Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and execute store operations efficiently. Responsibilities include processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.

Required Early Morning (6am) Start

What You'll Do

• Receive and process product shipments, unload trucks, and handle stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting them
• Follow all product protection standards
• Participate in training for new hires on store standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools as directed by store leadership

Associate Responsibilities

• Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture
• Exercise good judgment and involve appropriate partners in decision-making
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipate needs, and resolve issues
• Support POS and customer service to ensure quick transactions and a positive experience

• Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and safety guidelines
• Respond proactively to supervisors' directions
• Perform other duties as assigned
