Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

Start Time: 7AM required.

About the Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure consistent execution of store operations. Responsibilities include processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage with customers by greeting and assisting them with products and services.
• Maintain product protection standards.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.50 - $22.40. Benefits include PTO, health and wellness programs, 401k, associate discounts, insurance, and support for life events.
