Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the efficient execution of store operations. You will process freight, handle replenishment, and support omni-channel operations.

What You’ll Do

1. Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
2. Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
3. Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
4. Maintain all product protection standards.
5. Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.
