Job summary

Trig's in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a part-time Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and assist guests in a fast-paced retail setting. Training is provided for power equipment, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities include organizing stock, helping guests locate items, maintaining clean aisles, and reporting damaged goods. 18+ required and flexibility with shift timing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow store procedures.
• Ability to lift and move stock as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and sorting Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Deliveries.
• Transporting product to the correct selling location on shelves, in coolers, and on displays.
• Ensuring the product is stocked accurately with proper orientation on the shelf.
• Sorting, organizing, and condensing overstock according to company standards.
• Keeping aisles clean and organized during stocking procedures.
• Assisting guests with locating products and retrieving items from back storage.
• Disposing of cardboard safely.
• Disposing of damaged product safely and reporting it accordingly.
• Operating power equipment (Power Jacks, Forklifts, Cardboard Compactor); training provided; 18+.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Working well with Teammates
• Unloading and Sorting Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Deliveries
• Transporting Product to the correct selling location on shelves, in coolers, and on displays using various carts, pallets, and other equipment.
• Ensuring the product is stocked accurately, with the proper orientation on the shelf, and maximizing the holding capacity.
• Properly sorting, organizing, and condensing overstock in the correct areas according to company standards.
• Keeping aisles clean and organized as stocking procedures occur to ensure guests have adequate space to shop.
• Helping guests with locating products and retrieving products in the back storage areas if needed.
• Disposing of cardboard safely.
• Disposing of any damaged product safely and reporting the damaged product appropriately for records.
• Operating power equipment if applicable (Power Jacks, Forklifts, Cardboard Compactor, Lift Units- training will be provided; Must be 18+ Years of Age)
