T.A. Solberg Company, Inc. is hiring a Full Time Stocker to join the team at Trig's grocery stores in Wisconsin. The position involves responsibilities such as unloading deliveries, stocking products, and ensuring a clean shopping environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Working well with Teammates.
• Unloading and Sorting Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Deliveries.
• Transporting Product to the correct selling location on shelves, in coolers, and on displays using various carts, pallets, and other equipment.
• Ensuring the product is stocked accurately, with the proper orientation on the shelf, and maximizing the holding capacity.
• Properly sorting, organizing, and condensing overstock in the correct areas according to company standards.
• Keeping aisles clean and organized as stocking procedures occur to ensure guests have adequate space to shop.
• Helping guests with locating products and retrieving products in the back storage areas if needed.
• Disposing of cardboard safely.
• Disposing of any damaged product safely and reporting the damaged product appropriately for records.
• Operating power equipment if applicable (Power Jacks, Forklifts, Cardboard Compactor, Lift Units - training will be provided; Must be 18+ Years of Age).
