The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Stock & Facilities Associate to join our Oh Polly retail team. Based in-store, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our back-of-house operations run smoothly and that the store is always stocked, clean, and ready to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unpack, and organise incoming deliveries with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised stockroom and storage areas.
  • Support the replenishment of the shop floor to ensure product availability at all times.
  • Label and tag products accurately to support inventory control.
  • Keep back-of-house areas, staff break rooms, and facilities clean and maintained.
  • Collaborate with store management to prioritise daily tasks and stock-related goals.
  • Follow all company procedures regarding health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Provide support across the store as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred but not essential.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting boxes (up to 40 lbs) and standing for long periods.
  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
