Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part‑time team member to prepare, process, package, and stock products in line with Starbucks Standards. You will also provide excellent customer service, maintain clean work areas, and support stock handling including salvage products.

Training is provided to ensure safety and product knowledge. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience, and must complete company training, including food safety education and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must complete Company training including but not limited to orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, and product knowledge.
• IST or AST certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks Standards.
• Provide customer service to shoppers and colleagues.
• Clean work areas and stock areas as needed.
• Unload stock and reload salvage products following standards.
• Participate in required trainings and team activities.
