Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a backroom/stock associate at our New Hope, PA location. The role involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restacking U-boats, moving stock to backstock, and restocking shelves from mass and end displays.

You will also handle carton breakdown and cardboard disposal, supporting store management in daily operations. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work 4+ hour shifts, and follow all safety and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Must be able to use or learn the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items.
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock.
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead.
• Remove out of code items using the most efficient rotation methods.
