Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock shelves, and manage backstock at our Aldan, PA store. You will support merchandising displays and assist in maintaining product freshness and presentation.

Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 50 lbs, work four-hour or longer shifts, and follow safety and policy guidelines. This role is integral to keeping aisles stocked and ensuring efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to understand and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items.
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock.
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead.
• Remove out of code items using most efficient methods for rotation.
