Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, or 16 years old in select regions.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform essential duties.
• Capable of standing, lifting up to 25 lbs/12 kgs during shifts; able to use tech devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Keep store, sales floor and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy.
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to Under Armour's visual standards for merchandise presentation.
• Follow safety standards and report concerns to leadership.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and notify management of unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
