Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operates dishwashers and sanitation equipment.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas safely.
• Assists with banquet setup and loading/unloading supplies.
• Distributes supplies and equipment as needed.
• Follows all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
