Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to provide high-quality after-school instruction aligned with our curriculum. Sessions run Monday–Thursday after school and Saturdays, with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, experience teaching diverse student populations, and proficiency with educational technology. Excellent communication with parents and collaboration with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score well on diagnostic SAT/AP/ACT test (95th percentile).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support learning.
• Communicate progress to parents/guardians.
• Participate in professional development to improve teaching skills.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support students.
