Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Ability to work part-time after school and on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive environment.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to improve teaching skills.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
