Job summary

Nexplore in Miami, FL is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver hands-on STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction to PreK-12 students. You will work with training, lesson plans, and materials, and report to a Program Success Manager.

Class times are 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm, Monday through Friday, starting SEP 1. Compensation is $45 per hour per class, with per-class or mini-camp assignments. Join a mission-driven team expanding educational enrichment nationwide.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or higher required.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Educational (development or training) experience.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Follow a provided schedule, arrive on time and prepared to teach.
• Deliver meaningful, standard-aligned instruction.
• Review and manage instructional materials.
• Engage in professional, responsive communication with Program Success Manager.
• Participate in family engagement efforts and community activities.
