Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift operator for our Milwaukee facility. You will operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products, follow safety standards, and support palletized inventory flows.

Expect a 3-day orientation (Mon-Wed, 8:55 AM–4:00 PM) before transitioning to a part-time schedule with weekend shifts and a 7-day operating window. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 full years of stand-up forklift experience within the last 4 years.
• Able to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) and work in cold/dry storage environments.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions in the required language.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; comply with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
