Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd Staffing Office in New Albany, IN is seeking a part-time Staffing Coordinator to support 32 hours biweekly. You will coordinate daily staffing operations across the hospital to ensure safe patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing call-ins, float assignments, resource allocation, and communicating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years healthcare scheduling, staffing or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in hospital operations or staffing coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems (i.e. API, Workday) preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing operations across the hospital to support safe patient care and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments and staffing resource allocation.
