Job summary

CVS Health staff pharmacists in our retail locations play a critical role in delivering patient-centered care, immunizing patients when permissible, and ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment as a trusted member of the pharmacy team.

As a part-time Staff Pharmacist, you will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise bench coverage, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide compassionate service to customers while upholding CVS Health standards.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values by providing compassionate patient care and supporting safe pharmacy operations.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as acting manager during shifts when delegated, coaching the team to improve performance.
• Ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety protocols.
