CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a part-time role in Mountain Brook, AL. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, lead Pharmacy Support Staff, and oversee operations to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

This role focuses on patient care programs, inventory control, and driving performance. The ideal candidate holds an active state license, immunization certification, and a clean DEA history.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Oversee the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality.
• Manage inventory, workflow and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.
