Job summary

Kansas City Chiefs is seeking a part-time Utility Maintenance worker for Club Level/Plaza. Typical hours are 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities across cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, clean stadium environment.

The position involves carpet care, hard surface cleaning, furniture and fixture cleaning, inventory management, exterior window care, snow removal, and assisting with football operations equipment. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work varied hours and on-call.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Carpet care and maintenance using Orbot, Kaivac, and extractors.
• Hard surface cleaning with approved chemicals.
• Clean seating bowls and drains; clean TVs and rails.
• Office and storage areas cleaning and waste removal.
• Manage inventory of cleaning products on club level.
• Exterior window washing and use of lifts.
• Snow removal during freezing conditions.
• Restrooms cleaning and restocking.
• Assist football operations equipment packing/moving.
• Report damages to supervisor.
