Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Recommend products and suggest add-on sales.
• Merchandising and compliance with all company policies.
• Setting promotional signage and stocking merchandise from stockroom as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Training newly hired associates and directing sales and cashier staff.
• Inventory control and loss prevention policy enforcement.
