Job summary

Oklahoma State University is seeking a performance dietitian to join the Sports Nutrition Department. You will work with athletes, coaches, and staff to identify and meet nutritional needs to optimize health and performance.

You will report to the Director of Sports Nutrition. Key duties include counseling, providing MNT, developing education programs, planning and evaluating nutrition services, and coordinating with dining services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nutrition or related field conferred on or before start date.
• Two years of experience in sports nutrition setting.
• RD Eligible could be considered; Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma, or to be completed upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to student-athletes and teams.
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy for nutrition-related conditions.
• Develop sports nutrition programming for education and intervention.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and manage nutrition services for student-athletes.
• Collaborate with coaches, strength coaches, sports medicine and operations staff.
• Coordinate with Cowboy Dining and athletic department dining hall.
