Qualifications

• Creative mindset with a portfolio of visual storytelling.
• Interest in youth sports.
• Experience managing professional or high-engagement social media.
• Reliable daytime availability to cover academy day at least one day a week.
• Ability to commit 1-5 days per week; flexible for events.
• Own high-quality photo/video equipment and capable of mobile content.
