Job summary

Millington Healthcare in Millington, TN is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PART-TIME role. You will provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing setting and contribute to interdisciplinary care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program, has completed or is nearing clinical fellowship, and maintains state licensure or certification or will obtain it within six months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to patients of varying ages and diagnosis, including cognitive, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatments using evidence-based practices and current research
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication

Education
