We’re seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! This part-time consultant role offers the opportunity to work with pediatric, adolescent, and adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), helping them build independence through collaborative, community-based therapy.

About the Role:

In this innovative role, you’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Dietary, and Recreation Therapy (Rec Therapy). Together, you'll help clients achieve functional goals through community-based activities, fostering greater independence in their everyday lives.

As a consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing personalized, functional goals for clients
  • Training and educating caregivers, clients, and natural supports on how to build skills and promote independence
  • Providing expert guidance to support clients in living fuller, more meaningful lives

This is NOT a traditional allied health or home health position. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact through collaboration and innovation!
