Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a part-time, school-based assignment beginning in January 2027. You will provide therapy services to students with communication challenges and contribute to their academic growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and technologies, including AAC.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse student populations.
• Provide training or guidance to classroom staff to generalize communication strategies.
