Brookestone View in Nebraska is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team and support residents and patients in achieving independence and improved quality of life.

You will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, cognition, and swallowing, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, compassionate care.

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and team members regarding treatment strategies and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
