• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients to relieve pain, restore or improve function.
• Deliver treatments in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatments as needed.
• Complete documentation in line with company policy and regulations.
