Responsibilities include evaluations, documenting, and implementing treatment plans per policy; must hold an ASHA-accredited degree and a valid state SLP license; relocation options and career growth programs are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA accredited school; foreign-trained programs must be deemed substantially equivalent to U.S. entry level by ASHA-approved credential evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per individualized care plan.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and timely.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
