Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient team in Orange Park, FL. This part-time role (20 hours/week) emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You will perform new patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders, delivering exceptional care across multiple rehab diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current Florida SLP license; Provisional license not applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification is required/preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans and goals.
• Apply therapeutic techniques for speech, language, hearing and swallowing rehabilitation.
• Deliver high-quality care for multiple diagnoses in rehabilitation.
• Foster a positive patient experience through engagement and progressive treatment.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; promote evidence-based care.
