Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient team at Fleming Island, FL. This part-time role (Mon/Wed/Fri, 20 hours/week) offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders, delivering high-quality care with patient engagement and evidence-based practices. Florida license is required.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in the state of Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification currently active.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver therapy using various techniques for speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide high-quality patient care and a positive experience through engagement and progressive treatment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and care teams.
