Job summary

Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Pierz, MN and Aitkin, MN.

The position is 0.60–0.80 FTE, about 24–32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule in SNF/LTC settings and some ALF/Home Health exposure. You will work in a collaborative care model with PT/OT and have opportunities for leadership and CF mentorship supported by our mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Communication Sciences & Disorders / Speech Language Pathology program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services primarily in SNF/LTC with some ALF and Home Health caseloads.
• Opportunity for leadership role if desired.
