Job summary

Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center is seeking a Part-time Language Pathologist to join the Speech Pathology Unit in Napa, CA. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and education for patients with speech-language and swallowing disorders, with collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

The incumbent will work under minimal supervision to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology.
• California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Experience delivering Speech Language Pathology Services in a variety of settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment, provide training and education for patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary and ancillary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
