Job summary

Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist (Part-time) to join our team in Middle Township, New Jersey. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, monitor progress, and maintain detailed progress notes.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
• Provide speech therapy sessions, including language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
