• Master’s in speech, speech broadcasting, telecommunications, rhetoric, communication, communication studies, speech communication, or organizational communication.
• Bachelor’s in any of the above AND a Master’s in drama/theater arts, mass communication or English.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to 1) or 2); you must complete the Equivalency form if not meeting the specific minimum qualifications.
