General Job Description:

Work Part Time in our Restoration and Cleaning divisions where we restore homes and businesses that have been damaged by fire, flood or storm. We are seeking skilled or unskilled laborers to work with our Restoration and Cleaning teams providing surgical demolition, specialty cleaning and equipment placement at residential and commercial worksites. Our people enjoy the satisfaction of helping people in a time of need. When property damage occurs, ServiceMaster of Greater Pittsburgh is a leader in property damage restoration.

Essential Duties and Important Functions of the Position:

1. Create a positive experience for our customers
2. Be on time and prepared to work each assigned shift
3. Be attentive and take advantage of learning and skill development opportunities
4. Expedite completion of projects through effective use of time on job
5. Work as part of a team or individually in certain situations
6. Follow written or verbal instructions to meet daily goals
7. Set up safe work sites prior to and throughout the project
8. Handle and process job debris properly
9. Move and handle building contents
10. Provide specialty cleaning and deodorizing services
11. Maintain safe work habits throughout job assignments

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for extended periods of time
2. Ability to lift 25-50lbs
3. Ability to pass the pre-employment process to include background check and drug screening
4. Ability to climb steps, stand, stoop, kneel and crawl for extended periods of time
5. Ability to communicate in English in written and spoken manner
6. Ability to work 24 hours per week within the time-frame of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay range $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
