Brightmont Academy is hiring a Part-Time Special Education Instructor for One-to-One Learning in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an LBS1 certification, with proficiency in G-Suite and LMS. Experience with ASD/ED/SLD programs is a plus.

This role offers a flexible schedule, with no mandatory lesson planning or outside work. FBI fingerprinting and a background check are required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

Part Time Special Education Instructor - One to One Learning

Must have LBS1 $30-40/hour

The special education teacher would use the provided curriculum (APEX Learning) and provide the accommodations and modifications necessary based on the IEP in order for the student to be successful. The ideal candidate will have experience working in ASD, ED and/or SLD programs. We have a case manager that will handle the bulk of administrative duties, we really need someone who can focus on the individual in the classroom.
