Job summary

Family ofKidz in Westchester County, NY seeks an Educational Consultant (fee-for-service) to support school-based teams, families, and students with disabilities through individualized, evidence-based educational and behavioral strategies.

Travel between assigned districts, collaborate with educators and clinicians, provide coaching, data-driven instruction, and professional development while ensuring HIPAA/FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a special education setting.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities and families.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school staff and families to develop individualized supports.
• Provide consultation and coaching to Special Education teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify needs and strategies.
• Support SDI, accommodations, and instructional strategies in classrooms.
