Job summary

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Education or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Spanish lessons to Lower Elementary students (ages 6-8) focusing on vocabulary, basic conversation, and cultural appreciation.
• Utilize hands-on and interactive teaching styles (songs, games, storytelling) that complement the Montessori environment.
• Collaborate with the Elementary Program Director to ensure curriculum is integrated into the weekly schedule.
• Maintain a peaceful and respectful classroom atmosphere in line with school-wide positive discipline techniques.
