Job summary

Cabarrus County School District Wolf Meadow Elementary in Concord, NC, is seeking a 2026-2027 Teacher Assistant (Spanish Dual Language). This temporary part-time position provides 15 hours per week of instructional support under general supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma with 48 college hours or higher, or an associate degree.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to assist teacher with instruction and classroom activities.
Ability to operate common office equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teacher with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating instructional activities.
Monitor student safety and well-being during inclusive activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and support student independence.
Provide one-on-one help and small group support as needed.
Maintain standardized records and progress documentation.
Perform clerical duties and prepare instructional materials.
